Georgina is a lawyer who is passionate about her work, with 9 years of practice in the corporate and business area. Her professional career has led her to advise national and foreign clients in business formation and development. During her career she’s had the privilege of providing legal advice to managers in various industries, which has allowed her to develop a comprehensive vision adapted to the specific needs of each sector, providing legal advice in the practice of franchising, commercial, civil, notary, real estate, labor, as well as reduction and mitigation of business risks through the implementation of good practices of corporate governance and corporate social responsibility.
